Community Service Hours

Hours will be for the 2008-2009 will be turned in before the end of the year.

If you were a guest at one of the events, you can e-mail Alameda Key Club to find out your hours.

You can also Alameda Key Club for the hours from previous years and members. However, since they were not recorded during her term, we can't make changes to anything. Sorry!

HOW WE DO HOURS: This year we are going to split the hours into community service and key club hours. You get BOTH community and key club hours for going to a service event such as Oakland Museum . However, if you do an event that is for the club, but this event does not help the community you will only get key club hours. Now the key club hours will be used to determine things like the member of the month award. However, key club hours can also be deducted if you decide to sign up for an event but you forget to give us a 24 hour notice that you could not go. (# of hours signed up for and missed = # of hours deducted). Okay, for this year there will also be a 10 key club/ community service hour requirement.

As for seniors, if you guys want to get a key club stole for graduation, you either have to have 10 key club/community service hours + go to DCON or have 50 key club hours
